Pricing questions, answered
Your 14-day trial includes everything, and we never ask for a card during it. When it ends, choose monthly or annual billing to carry on. If you decide not to subscribe, your account is paused rather than deleted — the account owner can still log in, export every record, or subscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off.
Yes, at any time. Moving to annual takes effect immediately — you're charged the difference for the remainder of the current period. Moving from annual back to monthly takes effect when your current year ends, since that year is already paid for.
One registered food business location — a restaurant, café, takeaway, pub kitchen, food truck or market stall. Each premises keeps its own diary, appliances and team, so each needs its own subscription.
Yes. You can export your full diary as a PDF or CSV bundle at any time, and the account owner can download a complete archive of every record across all premises. Nothing is auto-deleted when you cancel — your records are yours.
