Why every record shows a name (attribution)
Open any entry in Rated5 — a temperature reading, a completed check, a step in a corrective action — and it shows exactly who recorded it.
Because each person signs in under their own login, every entry they make is attributed to them by name at the moment it’s recorded. This applies to fridge temperatures, opening and closing checklists, deliveries, and each step of a corrective action. There’s no shared “staff” account and no way to record something anonymously.
Every team member needs their own login — records can’t be attributed correctly if a device is shared between shifts.
If an environmental health officer asks who checked the fridge on a particular morning, the record already shows who did it.
