What the digest is for
Owners and Managers get a single weekly email that rounds up what needs their attention across the premises they’re responsible for. It’s a summary — the detail lives in the app itself, in Today, History and the reports covered elsewhere in this section.
How it’s different from reminder emails
The weekly digest is separate from the individual reminder emails Rated5 sends when a specific certificate or training item is coming up for expiry. Those go out on their own schedule, tied to the item in question, and can arrive on any day of the week. The digest is a once-a-week roundup covering multiple premises at a glance.
Who receives it
The digest goes to anyone with Manager-level access or above — Managers and Owners. Editor and Read-only roles don’t receive it.
Multi-premises accounts
If you’re responsible for more than one premises, the weekly digest lists items across all of them in a single email, rather than requiring you to check each premises individually in the app.
