Training records: uploading certificates and expiry reminders
Rated5 tracks training in two separate ways — formal records like certificates and induction, and shorter role-assigned training modules.
Add a certificate
Certificates are tracked against a person, even if they don't have an app login themselves. Each certificate carries an expiry date.
Automatic reminder emails
Rated5 sends an email reminder before a certificate expires — at 30 days, 7 days, and on the day itself.
Assign training modules by role
Separately from certificates, short training modules can be assigned by role. Each one is tracked simply as complete or not-started — there's no partial or in-progress state.
Check the training matrix
The training matrix gives a per-person view across the whole team: induction status, safe-methods status, and one column for each distinct type of certificate recorded.
