Invite a team member
Every entry in Rated5 carries the name of whoever made it, so each person on your team needs their own login. Their role controls what they can see and do.

Open Settings → Team
Owners and managers can invite new people from here — you'll see everyone already on the team, with their role and status.

Tap Invite and enter their details
Add their name and email, and optionally a job title. They'll get an email with a link to set their own password.

Choose their role
Owner and Manager can manage settings and the team; Editor can record day-to-day checks, temperatures and deliveries; Readonly can view and export but not record anything.

They accept and sign in
The invite link is valid for 7 days. Once accepted, they appear as active on the team roster, ready to start logging under their own name.
Tip: A Manager can invite and manage most of the team, but can't change or remove an Owner — and an organisation always needs at least one active Owner.
