How the 14-day free trial works
Every new Rated5 account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can set up your premises and get your team recording checks before deciding whether to subscribe.
No card needed to start
Signing up for Rated5 takes you straight into the app — the signup form has no payment fields at all. You don’t need to enter card details, and nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial. Your 14 days start the moment you create your account.
Trial status is always up to date
Your trial status is always accurate and up to date, reflecting exactly how many days remain whenever you check it.
What happens if the trial runs out
If the 14 days pass without subscribing, the organisation is locked for every role except the Owner. Managers, Editors and Read-only users lose both viewing and recording access until the account is upgraded — checks can’t be logged, and records can’t be viewed.
The Owner is the one exception: they keep full access even after the trial has lapsed, so they can go to Billing and subscribe to bring the rest of the team back in. Nobody else can do this on the Owner’s behalf.
