Export a CSV bundle
Alongside the PDF diary export, Rated5 can build a CSV bundle — a ZIP file containing one CSV per record type — for anyone who wants to work with their data in a spreadsheet rather than read it as a formatted document.
Open Manage → Reports
The same screen used for the PDF export. Owners, managers and readonly-role team members can generate a CSV bundle from here — Editor-role team members can record data but can't export it.
Choose your date range
Pick a preset — last 28 days, 3 months, 12 months — or set a custom range. As with the PDF export, a single request is capped at 366 days.
Generate the CSV bundle
Rated5 builds a ZIP file containing separate CSVs for each underlying record type — readings, checks, corrective actions and the rest — rather than one combined file.
Download and open
Unzip it and open individual CSVs in a spreadsheet application, or import them into whatever system you use for further analysis.
The CSV bundle vs the PDF
The PDF diary export is a structured document — a safe methods section, day-by-day pages and appendices. The CSV bundle covers the same underlying records as rows and columns, split into a separate file per record type, for filtering, sorting or importing into another system.
Both exports draw on the same data and the same date-range rules — up to 366 days per request, available to Owner, Manager and Read-only roles.
