Choosing monthly or annual billing
Rated5 charges a single flat rate per premises, whichever billing interval you choose — there are no separate feature tiers to weigh up, just how often you'd like to pay. Current rates are always shown on the [pricing page](/pricing).
Decide between monthly and annual
Monthly billing is £14.99 per premises per month. Annual billing is £144.00 per premises per year, which works out cheaper over a full year than paying monthly.
Subscribe from the Billing page
When your trial is active or has ended, the Owner can go to Billing and choose a plan. Multiple premises are billed as a multiple of the single per-premises rate.
Pay securely through Stripe
Payment is handled by Stripe, a specialist payment provider. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment form and never passes through Rated5's own servers at any point.
Only limited card details are stored
Rated5 keeps just the card brand, the last 4 digits, and the expiry month and year — enough to show you which card is on file, without ever holding the full card number.
