Change someone's role or deactivate their account
Owners and Managers can update a team member's role or deactivate their account from the team roster.

Open Settings → Team
Find the person you want to update in the team roster. Owners and Managers can both make changes here.

Open their profile
Tap through to the person's row to see their current role and status, and the options available for them.

Change their role, or deactivate them
Pick a new role to update what they can see and do, or deactivate their account if they no longer need access at all.

The change takes effect immediately
A role change applies to their next actions straight away. Deactivating someone ends any sessions they're currently logged into and blocks them from logging back in.
Tip: If you're removing someone who's the organisation's only Owner, you'll need to make someone else an Owner first — Rated5 always keeps at least one active Owner in place.
