Cancelling — and what happens to your records
If you cancel your Rated5 subscription, here's what happens to your access and your records.
Access continues until the period you’ve paid for ends
Cancelling doesn’t cut you off immediately. Whether you’re on a monthly or annual plan, you keep full access to Rated5 for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for. Your team can carry on recording checks and using the app as normal right up until that period ends — only after that does access stop.
Nothing is ever automatically deleted
There is no automatic deletion of data anywhere in Rated5 when a subscription ends or is cancelled. Your temperature readings, checklists, corrective actions, training records and everything else in your diary stay exactly where they are — cancelling doesn’t trigger a wipe, an archive, or any other automatic change to your stored records.
Getting your data out is a manual step
Rated5 doesn’t automatically package up or export your data when you cancel. The Owner can run the full account data export at any time to get a copy of everything for your own records. This produces a complete, account-wide archive of your data that you can keep independently of your Rated5 subscription.
If you change your mind
Because cancellation only takes effect at the end of your current paid period, you have that whole remaining period to reconsider — subscribing again before then simply continues your account as normal.
See pricing if you’re comparing plans before deciding.
